Products and Pricing
All products listed on www.FunkyTricycle.com, their information and their prices are subject to change. FunkyTricycle reserves the right, at anytime, to suspend or discontinue the sale of any product with our without notice. You agree that FunkyTricycle will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any product. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right, prior to the acceptance of your order pursuant to decline or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged or PayPal account. If your credit card or PayPal has already been charged for the order and we cancel your order, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or PayPal account in the amount of the charge.
Payment Terms
For each product you order on www.FunkyTricycle.com, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product as of the time your submitted your order, the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, and any applicable taxes. FunkyTricycle will automatically bill your credit card submitted as part of the order process for such amounts and you hereby authorize us to do so. You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the product purchase not withheld by FunkyTricycle. All payments are non-refundable (except as expressly set forth in the Products and Pricing section).
Returns & Exchanges
These deals are so hot, they’re final! Due to the nature of the site, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you change your mind after your purchase, consider gifting it!
One Day Sale Rules
We will honour One Day Sale prices if you bought the same item within one week of the One Day Sale.
Shipping
We ship to Canada and the US.
We sell everything from socks to diaper bags, so we’re introducing new flat shipping rates. Check ‘em out:
- Buy up to $100 and pay a $15 flat shipping rate.
- Buy up to $200 and pay a $20 flat shipping rate.
- Exceptions may apply for smaller or larger orders. Wanna buy just a hat? We get it! Wanna buy 5 diapers bags? We get that too! Contact us at deals@funkytricycle.com for more information and exact shipping rates for these exceptions. Shipping fees for exceptions are based on the weight and size of the item. We charge our customers shipping fees based on Canada Post rates.
Shipping Schedule
Your new purchase will be shipped by the end of the deal week. We post new items on Sunday nights and all of our sold products will be shipped out by the next week. The faster we sell out, the faster your item will be shipped.
Free local Victoria B.C. pick up
We offer a free pick up option for our local customers. There is a local pick up option when you go through the checkout. Just contact us once you’ve made your purchase and we’ll set something up.

Such Third Party Sites are not under the control of FunkyTricycle and FunkyTricycle is not responsible for any Third Party Sites. We (and our suppliers) make no warranty that FunkyTricycle: 1) will meet the requirements; b) will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; or c) will be accurate, reliable, complete, legal, or safe. We make no warranty regarding the third party sites.
Limitations on Liability
In no event shall we (and our suppliers) be liable to you or any third party for any loss profit or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of www.FunkyTricycle.com, products, or Third Party Sites, even if we have been advised of the of the possibility of such damages. Access to, and use of www.FunkyTricycle.com, products and Third Party Sites are at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting therefrom. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our (and our suppliers) liability to you for any damanges arising from or related to this agreement (for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of action) will at all times be limited to the greater of a) fifty Canadian Dollars ($50) or b) amounts you’ve paid FunkyTricycle in the prior 12 months.
